• jboss-app.xml: Application scoped resources
• jboss.xml: Enterprise JavaBeans(TM) (EJB) definitions, persistence settings, EJB references
• jboss-web.xml: JavaServer(TM) (JSP) settings, security roles, session settings
• jbosscmp-jdbc.xml: Container-managed persistence (CMP) database mappings and key generation information
• jboss-client.xml: Application client settings

For elements that have had automated fixes applied, an analysis-ignore comment ( <!--$ANALYSIS-IGNORE, AUTOMATEDFIX APPLIED--> ) is added. If the comment is present, the line is not displayed in the results list.
